This Beko bean to cup coffee machine review covers the four CaffeExperto CEG models we found at Currys on 3 Oct 2026, from the CEG7302B at £349 to the CEG8564X at £699.99. They look alike, so we’ve focused on what actually differs. We haven’t tested this in person. Our verdict is based on Beko UK’s CaffeExperto pages, Currys’ listings and UK prices checked 3 Oct 2026. Beko bean to cup coffee machine review: the short answer

Choose the Beko CEG7304X if you want one-touch milk drinks without paying for an app. It was £399 at Currys, checked 3 Oct 2026, and Beko UK lists an integrated milk jug, 13 grind settings, a 250g bean container and a 2-litre tank.

Who it isn’t for: anyone who only drinks black coffee. The CEG7302B does the same coffee for £50 less at Currys (checked 3 Oct 2026).

Buy the Beko CEG7302B if you’re happy to steam milk yourself. It was £349 at Currys, checked 3 Oct 2026, with a steam wand instead of the milk jug.

Who it isn’t for: anyone who wants a latte at the press of a button.

Skip the CEG8564X unless you want its automatic milk carafe, 6.8-inch screen and app. At £699.99 at Currys (checked 3 Oct 2026), it’s £300.99 more than the CEG7304X.

Who it isn’t for: decaf drinkers who use pre-ground coffee. Currys lists whole beans only for this model.

What it costs right now

All prices are from Currys, in stock and checked 3 Oct 2026:

  • CEG7302B (black, steam wand): £349 at Currys, checked 3 Oct 2026.
  • CEG7304X (silver, milk jug): £399 at Currys, checked 3 Oct 2026.
  • CEG7348X (black and silver, smart): £499 at Currys, checked 3 Oct 2026.
  • CEG8564X (stainless steel, smart): £699.99 at Currys, checked 3 Oct 2026.

Beko UK’s own pages didn’t show prices when we checked. Google’s UK autocomplete also suggests older codes such as the CEG5311X and CEG5301X, but none of them came up in Currys’ Beko bean-to-cup results on 3 Oct 2026, so we haven’t covered them.

Who it isn’t for: anyone wanting the cheapest option. Prices can change, so check the current price before you buy.

What every CEG model shares

On Currys’ listings, all four CEG machines have a 2-litre removable water tank, a 19-bar pump, 1350W of power, a cup warmer, a dual spout that fills two cups at once, auto shut-off, and rinsing, cleaning and descaling programmes. The three cheaper models are listed at 340 x 275 x 405mm (H x W x D), and the CEG8564X at 340 x 270 x 405mm.

The CEG7302B, CEG7304X and CEG7348X take whole beans or pre-ground coffee, have a 250g bean container and offer two strength settings. Currys lists a 20ml to 270ml cup size range on the CEG7302B and CEG7304X, and 10ml to 320ml on the CEG7348X.

Who it isn’t for: anyone who likes to fine-tune strength. Two settings is fewer than many rivals offer.

Milk: steam wand, jug or carafe

This is where the range splits.

  • CEG7302B: a steam wand. You froth milk in your own jug, and Beko UK’s range page lists it as the steam wand model.
  • CEG7304X: an integrated milk jug. Beko UK says the system draws milk from the container and heats it inside the machine, and Currys lists a 600ml milk container.
  • CEG7348X: Currys lists a 600ml milk container and a milk jug in the box, but its spec table also says “steam wand”. We’d check with the retailer before buying if that matters to you.
  • CEG8564X: Currys lists an automatic frother with a removable milk carafe.

Who it isn’t for: anyone who wants the cheapest one-touch milk machine. The Philips Series 2200 below is cheaper, but it has a steam frother rather than one-touch milk.

The smart models: CEG7348X and CEG8564X

Both use Beko’s BrewConnect app over wi-fi, per Currys. The CEG7348X adds Alexa and Google Home compatibility, a colour TFT display and a longer drinks list that includes cold brew, iced Americano and iced latte. The CEG8564X has a 6.8-inch TFT touchscreen, a 13-setting conical grinder and a bean hopper Currys lists as up to 250g or 400g, but it takes whole beans only.

There’s one more Beko at Currys, the CaffeExperto CED7524X at £279.99 (checked 3 Oct 2026). It works differently: Currys says it grinds straight into a portafilter and tamps for you, with a steam wand and a 150g bean container. It’s closer to an espresso machine with a grinder than to the CEG range.

Who it isn’t for: anyone who won’t use an app. The CEG7304X does the core job for less.

Guarantee

Beko UK says the CEG7304 comes with a one-year guarantee as standard, extended to two years free if you register within 90 days of purchase. Currys lists two years on the CEG7302B, CEG7304X and CEG7348X, but one year on the CEG8564X.

Who it isn’t for: anyone who never registers appliances. Do it, or you may be left with one year.

Downsides

  • Two strength settings on the CEG models, per Currys.
  • Guarantee needs registering to reach two years, per Beko UK.
  • Confusing milk details on the CEG7348X listing at Currys.
  • The top model is a big jump in price, and it drops pre-ground coffee.
  • Heavy machines: Currys lists 9.6kg for the CEG7302B and CEG7304X.
